Account Deletion Agreement

This agreement explains what happens when you request deletion of your account. Please read it carefully before you continue.

1. How deletion works

When you submit an account deletion request, your account enters a 15-day cooling-off period. During this period your account is deactivated but not yet erased. If you sign in again within 15 days, the deletion request is automatically cancelled and your account is restored.

2. Conditions

To protect your interests, you cannot delete your account while any of the following is still in progress:

• An order that has not been completed, cancelled, refunded or closed.
• An after-sales request that has not been resolved, rejected or cancelled.

Please complete or close these items first, then submit your request again.

3. Verification

For your security, account deletion requires a verification code sent to the email address bound to your account.

4. What is deleted

After the 15-day period, your personal information (such as email, phone number and name) is permanently anonymised and can no longer be recovered. Transactional records that must be kept for legal, tax and accounting purposes may be retained in anonymised form.
